A 360 Assessment is designed to help develop your self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses across a range of ministry areas. It provides a valuable opportunity to reflect upon current behaviours and put into place an action plan to help in continual growth and development.
The assessment questions have been developed over several years to provide a best-in-class assessment of the church leader across 12 key categories to provide insights into key competencies. There is the allowance of written comments from respondents included in this report, with all commentary carefully edited to as best as possible reduce key identifying remarks. At the end of the report we include a section that provides you the place to create a personal development plan.
