FOR COVID REASONS, POSTPONED TO NOVEMBER

Previously Saturday 14 August. 9-3pm. Gracewest Bible Church (Albion) in association with Laneway Church.

Original date: 12 June 2021.

New date (due to Covid events): 14 Aug 2021.

One of the biggest challenges in churches is having enough leaders to carry out Gospel ministry. If we’re going to mature the saints and reach the lost we need to increase the leadership pipelines within our churches and raise up leaders of biblical character, conviction and competency.

To start on this journey, Mike Sams and Tom Pattison will spend a day with you and your team building a framework for the why and how of building a leadership pipeline in your context, along with well-grounded examples and structures for how it’s worked in other Australian contexts. This will be a full day consultation and workshop where Mike and Tom will help you learn more about raising up the current and next generation of church leaders.

We’d encourage you to bring your teams so you can think through these challenges in your context together. Registration includes cost of materials and catering.

Runsheet (note: this may be adjusted depending on the site):
9-10.45 Session 1 (Scripture, equipper/doer, what kind of leader are you)
10.45-11 Break
11-12.30 Session 2 (Leadership pipeline, challenges and improvements)
