We are not the answers to the challenges that other people face. The Gospel is. Yet God gives us each other to sharpen and encourage in our lives and ministries. Gospel Coaching is not instructing, nor is it merely listening. Gospel Coaching is about having intentional, on-going one-to-one conversations that bring the Gospel to bear on the Coachee’s life.

During this Gospel Coaching 2 half days, attendees will:

• Understand the Gospel Coaching Model and Framework;
• Identify and explore the Key Competencies for Gospel Coaching;
• Explore Tools for use within Gospel Coaching conversations;
• Spend time using these tools.

The days will be led by Craig Tucker and Cathie Heard, the Geneva Push Directors of Coaching. As well as these roles, Craig (along with his wife Cathy) is planting his third church at Scots Presbyterian Church in Sydney, and Cathie (along with her husband Andrew) planted EV Church on the Central Coast in 1996 which has seen hundreds of people in that area and beyond come to know Jesus.
