One of the biggest challenges in churches is having enough leaders to carry out Gospel ministry. If we’re going to mature the saints and reach the lost we need to increase the leadership pipelines within our churches and raise up leaders of biblical character, conviction and competency.

To start on this journey, Reach Australia will spend a day with you and your team building a framework for the why and how of building a leadership pipeline in your context, along with well-grounded examples and structures for how it’s worked in other Australian contexts. This workshop will help you learn more about raising up the current and next generation of church leaders.

We’d encourage you to bring your teams so you can think through these challenges in your context together. Lunch will be provided and a tax invoice will be emailed on receipt of payment.
