The assessment questions have been developed over several years to provide a best-in-class assessment of the church leader across 12 key categories to provide insights into key competencies. There is the allowance of written comments from respondents included in this report, with all commentary carefully edited to as best as possible reduce key identifying remarks. At the end of the report we include a section that provides you the place to create a personal development plan.
